The fine print

Class Cancellations must be made via the Villa Pilates App at least 12 hours prior to class start time; cancellations via email or social media are not accepted. Late Cancellations and No-Shows will result in the automatic forfeiture of that class credit for pack holders, or a $15 fee for unlimited members.
