Grip socks are required for all reformer classes to maintain high hygiene and safety standards within the studio.

If you do not have grip socks, normal socks are required as a minimum.
Villa grip socks are also available for purchase at the studio. -
We recommend bringing:

• A small sweat towel for reformer classes
• Water bottleAll equipment is provided in the studio.
-
Please arrive between 5 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class.
This allows time to check in, set up your reformer, and allows our instructors to start the class on time for everyone.
