Who This is For

Our physiotherapy offering is designed for clients who want to move well, build strength, and return confidently to Pilates-based movement.

This service is best suited to:

  • Clients interested in Pilates as part of their long-term movement practice

  • Active individuals managing mild to moderate aches, niggles, or movement limitations

  • Those returning to movement after time away, lifestyle changes, or minor injury

  • Pilates clients seeking clinical guidance to move more safely and effectively

  • Clients who value supervised movement, technique refinement, and long-term progression

Our physiotherapists work with the intention of supporting clients toward independent, confident movement — often transitioning into small-group or regular group Pilates once appropriate.

Please note

Our physiotherapy services are not designed for:

  • Acute or complex injuries requiring intensive medical management

  • Post-operative rehabilitation in the early stages

  • Neurological or highly complex conditions

  • High-volume, short-appointment treatment models

If you’re unsure whether this service is right for you, we’re happy to guide you.

The aim of physiotherapy at Villa is to support clients in restoring confidence, capacity, and movement literacy, with the intention of progressing toward independent participation in private or group Pilates where appropriate.
