Group Pilates
(All studios)
Available across all studios, our Group Reformer and Tower Reformer classes are intentionally limited to 11 clients, allowing for a more precise, hands-on approach to movement and correction.
Group Barre
(Carlton)
A ballet-inspired class focused on refined, lower-body movement. With subtle integrations of mat Pilates, Group Barre is designed to gently elevate the heart rate while maintaining precision and control throughout.
Private Pilates & Physiotherapy
(CBD & Glen Waverley)
Our Private Pilates sessions are tailored to your individual goals, with a strong focus on intentional movement and hands-on guidance to refine technique and support progression.
We also offer physiotherapy-led sessions for those returning to movement following injury or periods of stagnation, with a gentle, considered approach to rebuilding strength and confidence. HICAPS is available for eligible services.
